About the Company

We are currently looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager to join the business and drive customer acquisition and net new growth nationally.

About the Role

As a Business Development & Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Generating market assessments and business development strategies for selected solutions
  • Selling supply chain technology solutions and services to net new customers
  • Generating new business relationships
  • Meeting performance goals associated with quota achievement and sales activity
  • Uncovering and cultivating both short and long-term sales opportunities
  • Staying one step ahead of the market by being deeply attuned to shifts in industry trends, and
  • Matching solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements


About You

To be successful, you are likely to have the following experience, skills and attributes:

  • Extensive experience and working knowledge in an enterprise software sales role, selling SaaS solutions to large accounts across a range of industries
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully prospect and close deals
  • Developed network and market penetration plans
  • Demonstrated experience in building positive sustainable relationships with customers, and
  • A background working in a high growth company is preferred
