The Dock Appointments Survey conducted by Bestrane has now closed, and results are being analysed. The response from Carriers, Suppliers, and Retailers using Dock Appointments ( to book delivery slots into our customers facilities has been overwhelming. Close to 1,000 responses were received.

“We believe this is the first such survey conducted in Australia, and possibly in the world”, said David Sanders (Bestrane Managing Director). “It will provide us with an insight to what these supply chain participants are currently doing with Dock Appointments, what they like, and what they would like to see in the future.”

All completed responses for the Dock Appointments Survey were entered into a prize draw for a $500 Westfield shopping voucher. The winner of this prize was drawn this week, and goes to Mark Findlay from Elite Wine Logistics. Congratulations Mark.
