Bestrane is assisting customers manage operations, in a safe and efficient manner, during COVID-19 pandemic as we return to work. We are offering our customers a complimentary update to their Descartes MobileLINK workflow, to record driver responses to health questions, and record the drivers temperature. In the pre-trip workflow step, the driver will be required to answer questions such as:

  • Do you have any flu-like symptoms?
  • Have you been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
  • What is your temperature?

This will help our customers keep their workplaces safe and operating normally, by recording this important information before allowing drivers to commence work. It will also allow our customers to assure their customers that drivers are well when they arrive for pickups or deliveries.
