Gearbox is fleet maintenance software that manages any asset requiring periodic maintenance or inspections.
It enables users to easily track maintenance for any vehicle, plant or equipment, as well as repairs, tyres, fuel, prestarts and other miscellaneous items. Gearbox gives warnings for expiries of registrations, permits, components or inspections and services due.
The software also assists with NHVAS accreditation by automating quarterly compliance reviews.
Gearbox is divided into five different modules: Maintenance, Compliance, Employee, Documents and Inventory.
The Maintenance module is compulsory but all others are optional so that customers only pay for the features that they would like. Users and modules may be added or removed as required.
